DELIVERY ADDRESS:
When placing your order you will be asked for your delivery address. Your order will be sent to the exact address provided by you at checkout. We are not responsible if this is not your current address or incorrect information. Please double check this before placing your order to avoid delays and confusion. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes not only the address that your order is going to but also the name of the recipient.
We cannot be liable for delivery of your order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.
Once you place your order we cannot accept a change of address.
If your order is returned to us by the postal service due to you providing an incorrect address, you shall be liable for the shipping costs to resend your order to you. Should you prefer to receive a refund, we are able to process this minus the initial shipping cost in line with our Returns policy.

DELIVERY TIMES:

We will make every effort to deliver your order within estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control. Please note delivery of your order may take longer during sale or other busy periods.

We are unable to deliver on public and bank holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day. On these dates, delivery will take longer than usual.

If you order Products from our site for delivery outside of the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
