Returns Policy



In the interests of hygiene, we do not accept returns for unwanted pierced earrings. This policy is enabled for the protection and health of the customer.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • rings

  • earrings

  • press on nails

  • custom and personalised orders

  • sale items

  • any jewellery item that is handmade to your specified size when placing your order.

By purchasing any of these items you accept the sale is final.


We do accept returns for full priced necklaces, bracelets and clothing provided that they are unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, undamaged and free of any smells. Items must have all tags, including any original hangtags attached. Please note if you receive an Elemental Mirror jewellery box with your order, this needs to be returned with your returned order, undamaged and packaged otherwise £4 will be deducted.


Elemental Mirror reserves the right to reject any returns if we deem your purchased items to have been tampered with, damaged or had any unauthorised alterations for the purpose of obtaining a full refund.


The customer is responsible for all return-shipping costs. We suggest using a track and trace method of shipping as Elemental Mirror will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.

For International returns, the customer is also responsible for any and all customs charges. This fee will be deducted from your refund.


All eligible items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Returns attempted outside of this 14 day deadline will be rejected and returned to the customer at the cost of the customer. If the customer does not pay the return postal costs, the customer will not receive their returned item(s).

Please ensure you completely seal your parcel before returning it to us as returns may be rejected if they are not sealed properly and it results in damage during transit.


If you wish to cancel your online purchase contract with Elemental Mirror you MUST do this via email to within 14 days of receiving your item. We will not accept this over social media sites as it needs to be from the email address you used to place your order.

Please email and include the following information:

  • Your order number

  • An image of the paper invoice you received inside your parcel

  • Your reason for requesting a return

Please await confirmation from us via our email address before returning your order to us. In our confirmation email we shall provide you with our returns address.


If we accept your return we will provide a refund to the value that you paid for the items taking into account any discounts or promotions applied when you placed your order. The refund will not include any delivery charges you have paid and will be sent to the same payment method and account that you used at checkout.

All returns will be processed within 20 business days of receiving your item(s).


All orders are meticulously quality checked before they are packaged, but if there's something we've missed by mistake please email us to let us know within 24 hours of receipt of delivery so we can resolve this for you.


Please email within 24 hours of receipt of delivery with the following information:  

  • Your order number

  • Which item is damaged

  • A description of the fault

  • Photographic evidence of the fault

  • An image of the paper invoice you received in your parcel

Unless proof of damage has been verified by us, we cannot action a refund or replacement.

Once we've received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is rectified as soon as possible. 

Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by us as it may result in a slower resolution time and the items could be rejected by our returns team.
